The Musk name is most often associated with innovation in today's world, and while older brother Elon might make the news for his electric cars and rocket ships, it's younger brother Kimbal's devotion to food justice in communities across Colorado, Illinois, and Tennessee that we're all about.
Formally trained by the French Culinary Institute in New York, Musk's determination to make access to good food a basic human right has spawned eight locations under the umbrella of founding restaurant The Kitchen—co-founded with his wife, designer Jen Lewin, and chef Hugh Matheson—and a non-profit connecting kids to real food through a Learning Gardens program, The Kitchen Community.
